The vegetarian menu is incredible; it clearly shows how carefully these dishes have been chosen to please every taste. The wine list has a very fine selection and they offer various types by the glass which gives you the opportunity to try different ones. It replaced the club’s former restaurant called Andaman and become one of the capital’s hottest restaurants. Their interior design consists of rich colours and natural fabrics in bright colours, glossy black walls creating the perfect atmosphere for an intimate romantic dining experience. Executive Chef William Drabble’s restaurant was established in 2009 and gained a Michelin star amd four AA Rosettes within a year after that. William Drabble’s menu is immensely exclusive and even though it represents fine French cuisine, they use the freshest best British ingredients. The menu includes Feuillette of quail, young vegetables, crispy bacon and Madeira jus, Veal sweetbread wrapped in Parma ham, roasted lemon and garlic mousseline sauce, Warm salad of rabbit, peas, broad beans, girolles and grain mustard and Assiette of Lune Valley lamb with onions and thyme just to mention a few. The dessert menu offers wonderful sweet choices like Poached peach with Muscat and lemon verbena jelly, yoghurt mousse.

Tea at the Ritz

The garden is impressive in the summer time with its lush greenery and al fresco dining on the decking. The top Chef is Antonin Bonnet who focuses on French Mediterranean cuisine offering irresistible dishes as Royal Beluski caviar, Orkney scallop, Pyrenean milk fed Lamb and Pigeon. The dessert menu is inviting to everyone, their Manjari Chocolate feels like being in heaven. As for the wines, the sommeliers offer a great selection and they are more than happy to help you find right type.

The menu is the same, Sichuan and northern Chinese, the decoration, the hard chairs as well as some of the staff are the same.

There is a great variety of courses on the menu, you can try different types of dishes for example Sichuan peppered cuttlefish as a starter, the famous Roasted Pecking Duck or Braised sliced beef as a main. The seafood, fish and vegetarian selection are remarkable. There are tasty rice and noodle dishes, dumplings and let’s not forget about their amazing dim sum platters, either.
